Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Director of the Department of General Services is hereby authorized to advertise for proposals, award and enter into a contract or contracts or use existing contracts for the furnishing and delivery of an OnBase Scanning System for the Bureau of Building Inspection, Department of Public Safety, at a cost not to exceed thirty thousand dollars ($30,000), chargeable to and payable from Microfilm Permit Plans Trust Fund (MPP), Fund 2446, Sub-Class 600, Org. 270000, Budget Year 2004, Account 542900.
