Section 1. Resolution authorizing, pursuant to Ch. 210 (“Acceptance of Gifts to City”) of the City Code, the Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget on behalf of the Department of Public Safety to accept a donation from Public Safety Dogs, Inc. of a fully trained bloodhound valued at TEN THOUSAND ($10,000.00) dollars.
