Resolution Further amending Resolution No.796, effective, January 1, 2014, as amended, entitled "Adopting and approving the 2014 Capital Budget and the 2014 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2014 through 2018 Capital Improvement Program," by increasing the "Park Reconstruction" line item by $50,144 from $870,000.00 to $920,144.00.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 796, effective January 1, 2014, as amended, which presently reads as per Attachment 1,
is hereby amended to read as per Attachment 2.
Section 2. In all other respects, Resolution No. 796, effective, January 1, 2014, as amended, remains unchanged and in full force and effect.
Finally, that any Ordinance or Resolution or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution, is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution.
