Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  Resolution number 696 of 2018, entitled “authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works to enter into an Agreement between the City of Pittsburgh and the Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership for services rendered by Clean Team employees within the South Side PED, at a cost not exceed fifty-one thousand, seven hundred and fifty-two dollars ($51,752) is hereby amended at Section 1 as follows so as to extend the duration of the agreement to December 31^st, 2018:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works are hereby authorized to enter on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh into an agreement with the Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership in conjunction with Mydatt Services Inc, dba “Block By Block”.

Agreement will begin on September 5, 2018 and shall continue until [November 30, 2018] December 31, 2018 unless terminated prior.

Cost shall not exceed fifty-one thousand, seven hundred and fifty-two dollars ($51,752).
