Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  Section 1 of Resolution No. 781, effective January 1, 1999, as amended, entitled "Adopting and Approving the 1999 Community Development Block Grant Program and approving the 1999 through 2004 Capital Improvement Program" which presently reads as per Column A is hereby amended to read as per Column B.
