Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Reimbursement Agreement with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for costs associated with the Preliminary Design phase of the Bridge over RT 51 Near Woodruff Street, also referred to as the Parking Lot Bridge Project; providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed Six Hundred Twenty Five Thousand Dollars ($625,000.00) to be paid from the following accounts:
