Title
Resolution providing for a contract and/or contracts or agreement and/or agreements for professional services related to the completion of a Gender Race Wage Disparity Study, and further providing for an agreement with the Women and Girls Foundation to reimburse the City for a portion of the study cost.
Body
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Personnel, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a contract and/or contracts or agreement and/or agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, for professional services related to the completion of a Gender Race Wage Disparity Study. Said contract or contracts, or agreement or agreements, shall not exceed Ninety-Two Thousand Thirty-Nine Dollars and Twenty-Two cents ($92,039.22), chargeable to and payable from the following:

Section 2. The Mayor and the Director of Personnel are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with The Women and Girls Foundation to receive $20,000 in grant monies that will be used by the City to support the Gender Race Wage Disparity Study outlined in Section 1. The Agreement shall be approved as to form and substance by the City Solicitor and the funding shall be reimbursed to the following account:
