 Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 Section 1.  The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in an amount not to exceed $6,000 in favor of Diana Kukic and The Law Firm of Swensen, Perer & Kontos, One Oxford Centre, Suite 2501, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, in settlement of a trip and fall accident taking place on August 8, 2002, in the Smithfield Street crosswalk, charging same to Code Account 46, Index Code 004606, Fund 1000, Sub 170, Account 582200, Org. 999200, Budget Year 2005.
