Resolution amending Resolution No. 123, effective March 14, 2003, entitled "Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements, or the use of existing Agreements, with a Consultant or Consultants, for Architectural/Engineering Services in connection with various City projects, at a cost not to exceed $400,000.00;" by increasing the project allocation by $67,000.00.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 123, effective March 14, 2003, which presently reads as follows:
"The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or to use existing Agreements, in form approved by the City Solicitor, with a Consultant or Consultants, for Architectural/Engineering Services in connection with various City projects, at a cost not toe exceed $400,000.00, chargeable to and payable from the following account:

is hereby amended to read as follows:
The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or to use existing Agreements, in form approved by the City Solicitor, with a Consultant or Consultants, for Architectural/Engineering Services in connection with various City projects, at a cost not toe exceed $467,000.00, chargeable to and payable from the following account:
