Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a $4,374.13 warrant in favor of Dominion Peoples Gas, P.O. Box 18373, Newark, NJ 07191-8373, in settlement of a claim for a damaged gas line due to a City Bobcat, charging same to Code Account 46, Index Code 004606, Fund 1000, Sub 170, Account 582200, Org. 999200, Budget Year 2003.
