Title: Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title Nine, Zoning, Article IV. The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:
 
Section 1.      Amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title Nine, Zoning, Article IV.  Planning Districts, Chapter 908, Public Realm District, Section 908.02 Grandview Public Realm District, as follows:
 
 
908.02.D.2 (b)(1) Grandview Subdistrict B/GPR-B
 
(b) Height
(1)      Main Structure
The maximum height of primary structures in GPR-B shall be forty (40) feet.  
(See Section 908.02H for Special Exception  to permit Main Structure height of nine (9) stories).
To permit main structure height of nine (9) stories, a Conditional Use approval in accord with Section 922.06 shall be required
