Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                      The Department of Parks and Recreation on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh is hereby authorized to enter into a Facility Usage Agreement or Agreement(s) with Beltzhoover Consensus Group and Voices Against Violence for use of the McKinley Recreation Center and Warrington Recreation Center (while McKinley is under renovation) in order to provide recreational and community-focused activities. Said agreement shall be at a term of five (5) years at no cost to the City.

Section 2.                      Said Agreement(s) shall be in a form authorized by the City Solicitor.
