Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with a Consultant or Consultants for the Citywide School Crossing Guard Study Phase 2, at a cost not to exceed One Hundred and Forty Thousand Dollars ($140,000), chargeable to and payable from Fund 5100, Org. No. 200000, Subclass PGHPR, Budget Year 2002, Project/Grant 2267124, Bureau of Police, Department of Public Safety.
