Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh to enter  into an agreement or agreements, or use existing agreements and contracts with vendors, consultants, or contractors for the purpose of upgrading the City's Automated Permit system.  This includes, but is not limited to, the cost of services; and the purchasing of equipment, supplies, software, licenses and materials at a cost not to exceed $75,000 chargeable and payable from Capitol Budget, Account 500000, Fund 5100, Organization 110000, Sub Class PGHPR, Project/Grant 2267113, Budget Year 2002.
