Resolution providing for a Professional Service Agreement or Agreements with Maiello, Brungo & Maiello, LLP to provide legal representation as the Solicitor of the Commission on Human Relations over two (2) years with the option to renew for three (3) one-year terms at a cost not-to-exceed ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($125,000.00).

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Commission on Human Relations, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Professional Service Agreement or Agreements with Maiello, Brungo & Maiello, LLP to provide legal representation as the Solicitor of the Commission on Human Relations over two (2) years with the option to renew for three (3) one-year terms at a cost not-to-exceed ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($125,000.00).
Section 2. The City Controller shall encumber funds as follows:

11101.105000.53.53517.2025 $25,000.00
11101.105000.53.53517.2026 $25,000.00
11101.105000.53.53517.2027 $25,000.00
11101.105000.53.53517.2028 $25,000.00
Section 3. Said Agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
Section 4. Future year appropriations are subject to the authorization of City Council.
