Section 1.  The Citizen Police Review Board is hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement(s) or contract(s) with Thieman and Ward for professional services to assist in the legal representation of the Citizen Police Review Board at a cost not to exceed $50,000 (Fifty Thousand Dollars), chargeable to and payable from the following chartfield:
