Resolution further amending and supplementing Resolution No. 855 of 2011, entitled "adopting and approving the 2012 Capital Budget and the 2012-2017 Capital Improvement Program" by reducing Council District 5 Neighborhood Needs by $15,000 and transferring that amount to the Greenfield Portal Project. And by adding Prime Stage Theatre $5,050, East Allegheny Community Council, $5,000 and reducing District 1 Neighborhood Needs by $10,050.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. AMENDING and supplementing Resolution No. 855 of 2011 by making the following changes in City Council District 5 Neighborhood Needs as per "Revised Budget" column. And adding $5,050 to Prime Stage Theatre and $5,000 to East Allegheny Community Council in Council District 1 Neighborhood Needs.
