Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign, a warrant in favor of Vermeer, Inc., in an amount not to exceed Nine Thousand Four Hundred Thirty-Seven Dollars and Twenty-Six Cents ($9,437.26), to purchase a Mini Skid Steer needed for the daily operation of the Forestry Division; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof, chargeable to and payable from the following operating account:11101.420000.57.57501.2023.
