Resolution amending Resolution No. 689, Item B, effective December 31, 2007, which authorized the sale of a 2 STY FRA HSE, known as 92 Pasadena, 18^th Ward, Block 15 D, Lot 98, to David Clark and Delores Clark for the sum of $4,900.00.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      Amending Resolution No. 689, Item B, effective December 31, 2007, which authorized the sale of a 2 STY FRA HSE, known as 92 Pasadena, 18^th Ward, Block 15 D, Lot 98, to David Clark and Delores Clark for the sum of $4,900.00.

The reason for the amending resolution is to correct the purchase price which currently reads $4,900.00 to correctly read $2,900.00.

All else in Resolution No. 689, Item B, effective December 31, 2007, shall remain the same and in effect.
