Resolution authorizing the City Planning Department to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with vendors, consultants, contractors, artists, or organizations to provide for the updating of the city's geographic parcel layer.  This includes, but is not limited to the cost of services; and the purchasing of equipment, supplies, and materials at a cost not to exceed $100,000.

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with consultants, contractors, organizations, artists, or vendors for administrative/staff costs and/or purchasing of equipment, supplies, and materials related to the GIS Parcel Corrector, at a cost not to exceed $100,000.00, chargeable and the payable from the following account: 500000-5100-110000-PGHPR-2267236-2003.
