Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     Resolution authorizing for the issuance of a warrant in favor of the Community College of Allegheny County (“CCAC”), to provide a 5-Day Lead Dust Sampling Technician and Lead Risk Assessor course for the Code Enforcement Unit supervisors, at a cost not to exceed Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars and Zero Cents ($8,750.00).  Payment shall be made from the following accounts:
