The total amount payable under said agreement or agreements shall not exceed Ten Million Twenty Five Thousand Six Hundred Thirty-Six ($10,025,636.00) Dollars Ten Million One Hundred Three Thousand Nine Hundred Seventeen Dollars ($10,103,917.00) Dollars, chargeable to and payable from the JTPA/WIA Trust Fund, Fund 2300, Account 566000, Organization 109600, Sub-Class 600, Budget Year 2006.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. The Mayor and the City of Pittsburgh is hereby authorized to file an application or
applications in the form required by the U.S. Department of Labor and/or
