Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the City Solicitor are hereby authorized to enter into a Contract or Contracts with Public Management Resources, Inc., as Auditor, to comply with the Consent Decree entered into between the City of Pittsburgh and the United States Department of Justice at a cost not to exceed $55,303.50 (Fifty-Five Thousand Three Hundred Three Dollars and Fifty Cents) chargeable to and payable from Fund 1000, Sub 150, Organization 108000, Account 526100, Budget Year 2002 Miscellaneous Services, Department of Law.
