Title

Resolution authorizing the transfer of a portion of Wickline's Lane from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to the City of Pittsburgh in the 24^th Ward, 1^st Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works are authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for the transfer of ownership and maintenance of a portion of Wickline's Lane, LR02118.

The following street will be transferred from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to the City of Pittsburgh:  Wickline's Lane between Spring Garden Avenue and Rialto Street (the portion located within the City of Pittsburgh).

Wickline's Lane, LR02118:

Station 41 + 79-50+38, 859 Linear feet, 0.162 miles.

Station 41+79-46+13, 434 lineal feet, 0.082 miles- ½ mile width adjacent to Reserve Township portion.

Station 46+13-50+38, 425 linear feet, 0.08 miles, full width in City of Pittsburgh 0030/0430-0030/0844.
