Body

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

The Mayor and/or the Director of the Department of Public Works, and/or the Director of General Services, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or the use of existing Agreements, and/or a Contract or Contracts, or the use of existing Contracts, in a form approved by  the City Solicitor, for roof trusses on a building the Department of Public Works is constructing at the corner of Second and Johnston Avenues in the Hazelwood community as a Neighborhood Needs project not to exceed Sixteen Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($16,500.00) chargeable to and payable from the  Mayor's Office - Hazelwood Beautification, Project # 2267057, Fund 2610  Org. 102000, Sub-Class C2001, Budget Year  2001.
