Body
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to accept a Deed of Dedication from the Buncher Company ("Buncher"), conveying certain property between 20th Street and 21st Street, in the 2nd Ward, more particularly described in Exhibit A attached hereto, in fee simple, to become part of and be used as part of the City's riverfront trail system; subject only to the conditions that if the City fails to use the property for trail purposes for a period of two (2) consecutive years, title to the property shall revert to Buncher, and Buncher will reserve to itself for the benefit of other property owned or controlled by it which fronts upon the property conveyed, the right to cross the property conveyed to access the Allegheny River for development purposes, provided that such crossing shall not be materially inconsistent with the City's use of the property for trail purposes, and said conveyance shall be at no cost to the City.

Section 2.  Any Resolution or Ordinance or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution.
