Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Traffic Signal Maintenance Agreement, in form approved by the City Solicitor, with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, for the operation and maintenance of a traffic signal at the intersection of S.R. 0088 and McNeilly Road.
