Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     Resolution authorizing, pursuant to Ch. 210 (“Acceptance of Gifts to City”) of the City Code, the Mayor and the Director of the Office of Public Safety to accept a donation from The Allegheny-Kiski Health Foundation in the amount of NINE THOUSAND AND NINETY ($9,090.00) dollars to purchase compressed air carts for EMS. Donated monies shall be deposited into JDE Account number 0229400518.
