Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements with a Consultant or Consultants, vendor or vendors, or contractor or contractors, for "Digital Filing"/Preservation of all the City of Pittsburgh street files (occupancy permits), Land Use files, Subdivision files, and Zoning Board of Adjustment files, at a cost not to exceed $60,000.00.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of City Planning on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with a Consultant(s), vendor(s), or contractor(s) for "Digital Filing"/Preservation of all the City Street files (occupancy permits), Land Use files, Subdivision files, and Zoning Board of Adjustment files, at a cost not to exceed $60,000.00 chargeable to and payable from account:
