Title

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows: 

  

Section 1.        The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Purvis Systems Incorporated, in an amount not to exceed FIFTY THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FORTY-FIVE DOLLARS AND NO CENTS ($50,245.00), for payment of batteries and installation services of the Station Alerting System at the Training Academy and Fire Station 7. Funds are chargeable to and payable from JDE account 11101.250000.56.56151.2025.
