Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a $25,000.00 warrant in favor of Christi Zielmanski and Picadio, Sneath, Miller & Norton, P.C. 4710 U.S. Steel Tower, 600 Grant Street, Pittsburgh, PA  15219-2702, in settlement of a claim asserted in the Civil Action filed at CA 05-1086 charging same to Code Account 46, Index Code 004606, Fund 1000, Sub 170, Account 582200, Org. 999200, Budget Year 2006.
