Resolution providing for a Contract or Agreement or the use of existing Contracts or Agreements to purchase computer equipment for the Bureau of Emergency Medical Services

Body

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.                     The Director of the Department of General Services or the Chief of the Bureau of Emergency Medical Services on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is hereby authorized to enter into a Contract or Contracts or Agreement or Agreements or the use of existing Contracts or Agreements in a form approved by the City Solicitor to purchase computer equipment for the Bureau of Emergency Medical Services.  Total cost shall not exceed Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00) chargeable to and payable from Organization Code 220000, Fund 1000, Account 542700, Sub-Class 120, Budget Year 2001, Equipment, Bureau of Emergency Medical Services, Department of Public Safety.
