Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements with Bethlehem Haven for administrative, operating and/or renovation costs for its shelter under the State Emergency Shelter Grant Program, at a cost not to exceed $59,300.00.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor with Bethlehem Haven for the payment of administrative, operating and/or renovation costs for shelters serving the homeless under the State Emergency Shelter Grant Program, at a cost not to exceed $59,300.00 chargeable to and payable from the S.E.S.G.P.
