Resolution providing for the issuance of a warrant in favor of Lamar Advertising Company in the amount of Six Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy-five Dollars ($6,775.00) (PRESENTED BY MS. CARLISLE)

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue, and the City Controller to countersign, a warrant in favor of Lamar Advertising Company in the amount of Six Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy-five Dollars ($6,775.00) for payment of the cost incurred to design and install outdoor advertising/billboards as part of the City's Fair Housing Month activities to promote and raise the public's awareness of their rights under the Federal Fair Housing Act, without previous authority of law, chargeable to and payable from the HUD Trust Fund 2630, Sub-Class 600, Organization 105000, Account 525500, Budget Year 2003.
Section 2. This Resolution becomes effective the date of the Mayor's signature.
