Whereas, on February 28, 2005, Ms. Barbara Combs retired from the City of Pittsburgh with over 30 years of service; and
Whereas, Ms. Combs held various positions within the city since 1974 which include: Job Developer Supervisor; Program Control Manager; Adult Employment Supervisor; Administrator 3; Program administrator and Career Link Coordinator; and
Whereas, Ms. Barbara Combs, is a member of Bethel A.M.E. Zion Church and has always been an active member of our community, willing to work on all levels to see a brighter and more empowered community; and
Whereas, Ms. Combs, for the future include travel and volunteering wherever she is needed; and
