Be it Resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of the Commission on Human Relations, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an interim Agreement, in form approved by the City Solicitor, for legal services required by the Pittsburgh Commission on Human Relations, at a cost not to exceed TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($10,000.00), chargeable to and payable from Code Account l035, Miscellaneous Services (Index Code l03507), Commission on Human Relations; PEOPLESOFT CODES: 

Org.                     105000, Fund 1000, Sub-Class 150, Account 526145,                     Budget Year 2001,

This agreement will be in effect during 2001.
