Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works and/or the Director of the Department of Finance are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement, Agreements, and/or Amendments with the Audubon Society of Western Pennsylvania (“ASWP”), for the purpose of funding South Side Park projects administered by the Friends of South Side Park at no cost to the City.

Section 2.                     The Agreement or Agreements, and Amendments thereto, shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
