Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Bart Maverick Yagla, c/o Ira M. Karoll, Jones Day, 500 Grant Street, Suite 4500, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, in the amount of Thirteen Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and 00/100 ($13,500.00), in Full and Final Settlement of an action filed in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania filed at 2:14-cv-00181, and charge the same to Code 11101.58.58105.108000.2016, Item number 582200.
