Resolution providing for a Contract or Contracts, or use of existing Contracts, and/or an Agreement or Agreements, or use of existing Agreements, and for the purchase of materials, equipment and supplies in connection with the design and construction of the Grandview Photography Park in Mt. Washington; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof.

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and/or the Director of the Department of General Services and the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized:

a.                     to advertise for proposals;

b.                     to award a contract or contracts; or

c.                     to use existing contracts; and

d.                     to enter into an agreement or agreements; or

e.                     to use existing agreements; and

f.                     to purchase materials, equipment, and supplies;                     

in connection with the design and construction of the Grandview Photography Park in Mt. Washington, at a cost not to exceed $250,000.00 chargeable to the following account:
