Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget are authorized to commit future 2028, 2029 and 2030 Bond funds for the local match of the Congestion Mitigation Air Quality Grant from the Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission in an amount not to exceed ONE MILLION ONE HUNDRED FOUR THOUSAND ($1,104,000.00) for the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure’s East Warrington Avenue project. Funds for said project shall be chargeable and payable from the following budget years, subject to appropriation in future budget years by City Council:

 

2028 - $368,000 - 6074010128

2029 - $368,000 - 6074010129

2030 - $368,000 - 6074010130

 

 

Section 2. This resolution shall take effect unless or until the grant application is rejected.
