Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.       The Mayor and the City Solicitor are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement with Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney, P.C., Joseph Quinn, Esquire for expert legal consulting services associated with labor, employment and health care negotiations and litigation, at a cost not to exceed $45,000.00 (Forty-Five Thousand Dollars and No Cents),

chargeable to and payable from 11101.53.53517.108000.2012.
