Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Resolution authorizing, pursuant to Ch. 210 (“Acceptance of Gifts to City”) of the City Code, the Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget to accept a donation from the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in the amount of TEN MILLION ($10,000,000.00) dollars to purchase Emergency Medical Service vehicles and equipment. Donated monies shall be deposited into the Grants Trust Fund account 0229400532.48311.00.
Section 2. The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are further authorized to follow regular procurement processes to make all legitimate expenditures outlined in Section 1. Said funds shall not exceed TEN MILLION ($10,000,000.00) dollars, chargeable to and payable from the appropriate expense account in the Grants Trust Fund, job number 0229400532.
