Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  Section 902.03.A, Zoning District Map No. 15 of the Pittsburgh Code is hereby amended so as to change from "PO" Park and Open Space to "EMI" Educational/Medical Institutional District all that certain property identified as lot and block numbers 171-A-310, 171-A-320 and 717-E-150, 12^th Ward, City of Pittsburgh.
