Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the City Controller are hereby authorized to enter into a contract or contracts, agreement or agreements, or the use of existing contracts or agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, to purchase computer equipment for the City Controller's Office, in an amount no to exceed seven thousand dollars ($7,000.00) chargeable to and payable from Account 542700 Fund 1000 Organization 106000 Sub Class 120 Budge Year 2005.
