Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the City Controller are hereby directed to encumber funds totaling $588,514.92 to secure a stay during the City’s appeal of a Fraternal Order of Police grievance award. Said funds shall be encumbered from the Health Insurance VEBA, account 9993816000.52121.00.
