Title
Resolution Providing for an Agreement or Agreements or for the use of existing Agreements with a Consultant or Consultants for the design of the McArdle Viaducts No. 1 and No. 2; also providing for a Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation; and further providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed $250,000.

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements or to use existing Agreements with a Consultant or Consultants for the design of the McArdle Viaducts No. 1 and No. 2, at a cost not to exceed $250,000.00 chargeable to and payable from the following account:

Section 2. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements, with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation, for reimbursement of the state government's share of costs to the City.
