Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements, or use of existing Agreements, in connection with the preliminary engineering for the reconstruction of Wenzell Avenue from Banksville Road to Broadway Avenue; providing for a Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation; providing for a Cooperation Agreement with the Borough of Dormont; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof, cost not to exceed $612,500.00.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or use existing Agreements, in connection with the preliminary engineering for the reconstruction of Wenzell Avenue from Banksville Road to Broadway Avenue, at a cost not to exceed $612,500.00 payable from the following account:

Section 2. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation, for the federal government's share of cost to the City of Pittsburgh.
Section 3. The Mayor and the Director of the Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Cooperation Agreement with Borough of Dormont, Pennsylvania.
