Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The estimated cost of preparation and completion of work is One Hundred and Fifty-two Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty Seven Dollars and Eight Cents ($152,827.08).  Funds received to be deposited into the following account.

Section 2.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with Columbia Gas of Pennsylvania for the receipt of monies in connection with the restoration and paving of Sidney St. between 21^st Street to 17^th Street, 17^th Street between Bingham Street and Muriel Street, 21^st Street between Carson Street and Sidney Street and Wrights Way between 21^st Street to 2107 Wrights Way, providing for the payment of the costs thereof by Columbia Gas of Pennsylvania to the City of Pittsburgh. Funds will be expended from JDE account string 6090000419.50000.00.
