Title
Resolution authorizing and directing the Mayor to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in the amount of Ninety-nine Thousand and Forty-six Dollars and Forty-five Cents ($99,046.45) to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania representing payment required for unclaimed funds for the years 1995, 1996, 1997, including 1998 and 1999 escheated payroll checks, pursuant to the provisions of Deposition of Abandoned and Unclaimed Property Act, Act of August 9, 1971 P.L. 74.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant to pay over to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania the sum of Ninety-nine Thousand, Forty-six Dollars and Forty-five Cents ($99,046.45) as follows:
