Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Director of the Department of Public Works to execute relevant agreements and to receive grant funding to support the construction of a new Aquatic Spray Park, ADA access, minor site work and Bath House Renovations, and further providing for an agreement and expenditures not to exceed ($175,000.00) dollars for this stated purpose.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to execute relevant agreements with the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR), in order to receive a grant award of $175,000.00 for the construction of a new Aquatic Spray Park, ADA access, minor site work and Bath House renovation in the City of Pittsburgh.
Monies from the grant agreement shall be deposited into the Grants Trust Fund account 4029400199.45505.00.
Section 2. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works, City of Pittsburgh, are further authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or the use of existing Agreements, Contract or Contract, or the use of existing Contracts, providing for repairs, maintenance, improvements, emergencies and/or the purchase of materials, equipment and supplies at a cost not to exceed $175,000.00 dollars, for the construction of a new Aquatic Spray Park, ADA access, minor site work and Bath House renovation under the terms of the agreement between the City of Pittsburgh and the Grantor, the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources DCNR), chargeable to and payable from the Grants Trust Fund account 4029400199.50000.00.
